How do place an order.
The following information describes our online order process:

1. Browse through our complete product listing or other links to select a wig.  Click on the item code/name that you would like to look at and/or purchase.

• Add the quantity and color code for your order in the appropriate fields
• Click on the "Add to Basket" button.

2. You can either continue shopping and add other items to your shopping cart, or checkout the items in your shopping basket.  You can view your shopping cart at any time to remove items or change quantities.

3. During the checkout process, you will be given one last opportunity to update quantities and/or add or remove items.

4.  We accept Visa and Mastercard purchases.

If you want to pay by check, we must receive your check payment prior to shipping your order.

Will I be taxed on my purchases?

• A 6.5% sales tax is charged on all orders

When will my order be processed?

• All orders placed on our web site are processed within 10 Business Days.

Can I change an order that has already been Add to Basketted?

• You may cancel the order at any time, unless the item has already been shipped to you.
• If you have mistakenly placed an order, you have two options: you can refuse delivery, or you can return the item according to our Return Policy.

How do I get a final invoice for a purchase?

• The invoice will be included along with the items ordered.
• If you have Add to Basketted an order online, a confirmation will be provided for you to print and file with your records.
