All items may be returned within ten days of delivery. There are certain limitations however. The limitations are as follows:

  • We cannot accept back any items that are not in the original condition in which you receive them. The returned items must be unaltered, undamaged, and in factory condition. Additionally all tags and packaging must be included.
  • To cover our costs, we deem it necessary to charge a 10% restocking fee. 

How do I return items I am not satisfied with?

  • If at any time within 10 days of receiving your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, mail it back to us. Include a description of the problem and your phone number (or email address).

Can I just send it back without contacting you?

  • Yes. If at any time within 10 days of receiving your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, mail it back to us. Include a note describing what the problem is, the order or invoice number, and your phone number (or email address). The item must be in the original condition with the original packaging.  It would be a good idea to send us an email letting us know of your return.
